Rental Policies

  • Gold Star Jumpers provides licensing, insurance, and all rental equipment.

  • Delivery services require a $100 minimum order.

 

  • FREE delivery is included within a 10-mile radius of our central Orange County warehouse.

 

  • All bounce house and equipment rentals include full setup and removal for FREE.

  • A small delivery fee applies for areas beyond that range:

Nearby cities:

$25 delivery fee 


• South County locations such as San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, and Rancho Mission Viejo:

$50 delivery fee

Setup & Breakdown Fees:

(Table and chair setup and takedown services are OPTIONAL.)


• Chairs:

$0.50 each for setup and $0.50 each for takedown


• Tables:

$1.00 each for setup and $1.00 each for takedown

  • When planning a party at a park, a permit from the park is required.

  • Park-related fees may include an entry fee, generator fee, and park fee.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for park bookings.

  • All bookings require a $25 deposit for every $100 spent.

  • Payments are accepted via Zelle, Venmo, cash, or credit card (credit card transactions incur a 3% fee).

  • For jumper rentals, food, drinks, sharp objects, candy, and silly string are prohibited inside.

  • Our weather policy allows delivery rain or shine, with a 24-hour cancellation window for a refund. No refunds are given for park cancellations.

  • Rentals are for ONE FULL DAY, with pickup between 8:00–9:00 PM.

( Next-day pickup is available for an additional $25. )
